We share your callback information with the licensed drainage contractor we assign to your request — that's the purpose of the referral. We do not share your information with data brokers, marketing companies, or unrelated third parties.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to confirm what we've collected, email contact@shreveportdrainage.com. We respond within 30 days.
For security, we may verify your identity before processing certain requests — typically by confirming the email address you used to submit your callback.
We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide different service quality based on your exercise of privacy rights.
