Shreveport Drainage does not sell your personal information for money, and does not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you submit an inquiry, your details are used to respond to and service that request — nothing else.

What "sale" and "share" mean under California law

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), "sale" and "share" cover exchanges of personal information beyond a straight monetary sale — including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our answer applies to both: we don't do it.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request under California law, applied to the identifier associated with your browser. Because we don't sell or share personal information in the first place, GPC is effectively a no-op — but we honor it.
